Account deletion
You may request erasure of your SAMANVAY account and associated personal data under the DPDP Act and Google Play policies. Deletion is processed by administrators after verification that the request is from the account holder.
Option A — In the App (preferred)
- Open SAMANVAY and sign in with your officer account.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Request account deletion (or equivalent).
- Optionally add a reason, then submit.
- You will see a confirmation; admins process the request per policy.
Option B — Email / web request (if you cannot open the App)
- Email privacy@vinkura.in from the address linked to your account if possible.

SAMANVAY account deletion request - Include: full name, PNO / official ID, registered email, and a statement that you request permanent deletion of your SAMANVAY account.
- We will verify identity and process erasure or confirm next steps.
What gets deleted: Supabase auth/profile records associated with
your account, app event history tied to you, FCM tokens, and deletion-request
records after processing — subject to legal/audit retention.
What may remain locally: Encrypted portal credentials on a device until you clear app data or uninstall. Uninstall does not by itself delete server-side data; use Option A or B for that.

Processing time
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified deletions within organisational timelines (typically within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or ongoing investigation).
