By downloading, installing, or using SAMANVAY, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Purpose
SAMANVAY is a productivity / workplace collaboration app for authorised workplace users. It provides dashboards, alerts, notifications, and shortcuts to organisation web portals. It is published by Vinkura.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be an authorised user with a valid App account from your organisation.
- You must keep login credentials confidential and not share them.
- Accounts may be suspended or revoked by administrators at any time for policy, security, or operational reasons.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the App only for authorised workplace purposes and lawful activities
- Follow your organisation’s IT and data-handling policies
- Not attempt to bypass security, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
- Not upload unlawful, defamatory, or unauthorised content via any portal features
4. Third-party & organisation portals
The App may open organisation or public websites inside a WebView. Those sites are governed by their own terms and policies. Vinkura is not responsible for third-party site availability or content accuracy beyond reasonable App integration.
5. Data & privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App and granting DPDP consent where prompted, you acknowledge that Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The App name, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Vinkura and/or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for authorised workplace purposes while your account is active.
7. Disclaimers
- Operational data (alerts, portals, maps, weather) depends on source systems and may be delayed or incomplete.
- The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
- Nothing in the App replaces your organisation’s formal instructions or statutory duties.
- Public helpline numbers shown in the App are government-published; verify on official sources linked on the Support page.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vinkura and affiliated operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Liability for direct damages, where not excludable, is limited as required by Indian law.
9. Termination
Your access ends when your account is deactivated, you uninstall the App, or these Terms are terminated. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions.
